Services

We provide commercial door services including lock services, door repair, replacement, and installation across Montgomery, Prattville, Wetumpka, and surrounding areas in Alabama. Appointments are scheduled in advance, and we provide estimates before starting work.

Estimates and Payments

Estimates depend on the complexity of the job, materials, and labor involved. If actual conditions differ materially from the original description, pricing may be adjusted. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Cancellations

If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. If a technician is already dispatched or materials allocated, a cancellation or service fee may apply.

Warranty and Liability

We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. Warranties, when applicable, will be disclosed before service. To the extent permitted by law, Southern Lock – Door Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability is found, it will be capped at the paid amount for that service.
